The two sessions

Burnout runs in two directions. Most programs only treat one.

Pick the one that matches where you are. Open a card to read how the session actually runs.

You're not out. You're low. Embers is built for the quiet version of burnout — the one where you still answer every email, still run the meeting, still get it done, and feel nothing while you do it.

We open with paced breath to get you out of your head. Then we pour: you say what has been sitting untreated, out loud, to someone who isn't going to fix it or flinch. Then we replenish — you leave with one thing put back, not just one thing survived.

Blaze is for capacity, not emptiness. You are carrying everyone's urgency, the calendar has no gaps in it, and the smallest new request is the one that makes you snap.

We open with paced breath to slow the system down. Then we release: no polish, no executive summary, no managing how it lands. Then we contain — bringing it down to a steady burn you can actually work from, so the heat goes somewhere useful instead of onto your team.

Not sure which one you're in?

Most people are somewhere between the two, and it changes week to week. The daily practice takes five minutes and tells you which direction you're actually running in today.
