The method
L.I.T. — the same three movements, every session.
Whether you arrive depleted or overfilled, the shape of the session is the same. Knowing it in advance is part of why it works — nothing here is a surprise being done to you.
I
LifeCome back to the body
Every session opens with paced breathwork — five counts in, seven held, nine out. Nothing else happens until you are out of your head and back in the room.
II
IgniteName what's actually there
A guided release, paced by a visual timer that moves with you rather than counting down at you. No performing, no fixing, no reframing it into something more presentable.
III
TransformLeave different than you came
Every session closes with integration — one thing to carry forward rather than one more thing to survive. Depleted people get replenished. Overfilled people get contained.
45 minutes, 1:1
Long enough to get past the version you present, short enough to fit in a working week without becoming another thing you're behind on.
Nothing is reported
What gets said in a session isn't fed back to HR, leadership or anyone else. No notes go into a file that follows you.
Between sessions
The daily cup carries the same three movements into five minutes a day, so the work doesn't only exist inside the session.
See it in practice.
The two sessions apply these movements in opposite directions — Embers puts something back, Blaze brings something down.
